UNH transcripts are official records of a student’s academic history and can be requested for personal, academic, or professional purposes.

Transcript Fees

  • Electronic Transcript: order a digital transcript for $5.00
  • Hard Copy Transcript: order a traditional paper copy transcript for $10.00 (plus optional shipping charges)
  • Sales Tax: effective January 2025 sales tax will apply to transcripts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Review the document tax charges before completing order.

     

How to Order a Transcript

The Âé¶¹app uses Parchment as the trusted third-party vendor for official electronic and paper transcript orders. Unofficial transcripts are only available through Webcat.

Students can follow the steps in the table below to order a transcript.

  3. Select Transcript
  4. Select Request Official Transcript to order
Alumni and Former Students
  1. Login to
  2. Select the University Transcript Ordering Service
  3. Select Âé¶¹app

Former Granite State College Students

Notary Services

Notary services are available at the Office of the Registrar if a notarized copy of the transcript is needed. Contact Registrar.Records@unh.edu for assistance.

 

Transcript Key

A transcript key provides guidance on how to read the grades, symbols, course numbers, etc. which appear on the Âé¶¹app official transcript.

Effective Summer 2023, Granite State College became part of the Âé¶¹app and ceased to be an independently accredited institution.
