Events and classroom reservations allow UNH students, faculty and staff to book spaces for academic or university-related activities.

Classrooms may be reserved by faculty, staff, departments and student organizations. 

Events & Classroom Reservation Policies

When not in use for academic classes, classrooms may be reserved by faculty, staff, departments, and MUB-Registered student organizations for approved events. All events must be directly related to the sponsoring group's official business.

  • Reservation requests must be submitted a minimum of two days in advance.
  • Academic classes and exams receive first priority for classroom reservations.
  • Classrooms reservations can be requested for approved events only.
  • Classrooms reservations are not permitted for personal use or study groups.
  • Requests for a classroom reservation during the final exam period will not be processed until after the final exam schedule has been finalized for the semester.
  • After a reservation has been approved, any changes must be requested through the reservation system. Unofficial classroom swaps outside of the reservation system are not permitted.

Student Organizations

  • Student organizations must be MUB-registered to reserve classrooms.
  • Classrooms are not available to reserve by student organizations during the first two weeks of the semester.
  • Student organizations must wait until the third week of the semester to request classroom reservations.
  • Classroom reservations are not permitted for study groups or seminars.
  • Technology Enhanced (TEAL) classrooms are not available for reservations by student organizations.
