Office for Faculty Excellence

About us

Created in 2026, The Office for Faculty Excellence provides a new model for faculty learning and growth at UNH.  Recognizing that faculty needs shift over time and based on the roles they are expected to perform, the office aims to connect faculty members with the appropriate resources for the next stage of their professional journey.

Mission statement

The UNH Office for Faculty Excellence connects faculty with resources, information, and professional development opportunities designed for professional learning and growth.  Partnering broadly with a network of faculty support at the University, the Office will foster cross-disciplinary learning, mentoring, leadership development, and innovative practices in teaching, research, and service.
