Employee and Labor Relations

 

UNH’s Employee and Labor Relations office manages the University’s relationships with the four unions representing employees on campus:

  • UNH Clinical Faculty United, Unit B AFT Local 6770, AAUP, AFT-New Hampshire, AFT, AFL-CIO

This includes engaging in collective bargaining with the unions on employee contracts and working through grievances according to our mutually agreed upon grievance processes.
