Building Access

The SHARPP Center is located in Smith Hall on the third floor. Smith Hall is located at 3 Garrison Ave. in Durham, NH and is across the street from Thompson Hall. The building has an elevator and multiple accessible entrances for those who use wheelchairs.

Transportation

The SHARPP Center's office is accessible by Campus Connector and Wildcat Transit. The closest stops are 104 (Main Street at Thompson Hall), 116 (Garrison Ave at Sawyer Hall). For more information and to find the best routes, please visit UNH Transportation Services.

Parking

There are several options for parking near the office. There are metered spaces available in Thompson Hall Lot, along Ballard Street and in the parking lot directly behind Smith & Scott Hall. The SHARPP Center has one reserved parking space for those visiting our office. If you would like to use this spot while visiting the office, please let staff know so they can ensure the space is open and available at the time you wish to come in. Accommodations

If you have particular needs to fully access The SHARPP Center's services or participate in our programs, please speak with a staff member. Accommodations for those seeking services include ASL and other translation services. TTY users can access our services by calling (800) 735-2964. 

Translation services are available for in-person meetings, remote video calls, and calls to our telephone helpline. If you need translation services, please tell the advocate when you are connected and they will make the proper arrangements.

The SHARPP Center welcomes service and emotional support animals.
