Dear UNH Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Students:

I am working with Professor Sharyn Potter and Jane Stapleton on their National Institute of Health research study on alcohol and health behaviors to tailor a prevention program for our university.

Participation in this study involves the completion of a 15-minute online survey. If you are eligible for the study, you would earn a $20 Amazon gift card for your participation.

Your participation is completely voluntary. If you are interested in participating in the study, please click on the link below to complete demographic information to see if you are eligible for the study.

The study includes a web-based survey that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will be asked some information about yourself including your alcohol use and sexual experiences (including any experiences of sexual assault). This study is for research purposes. You can withdraw from the study at any point by clicking out of the survey.

If you have any questions about the study or participation, please contact the principal investigator, Dr. Sharyn Potter at sharyn.potter@unh.edu or 603-862-3630.
