White River Junction childcare in the Upper Valley is closing it's doors after 30 years accorrding to the Valley News. Jess Carson, a researcher with the Âé¶¹app's Carsey School of Public Policy explained just how extreme the situation is with 6,600 children in need of careÌýin the Upper Valley with only 5,071 spots available.Ìý
