UNH’s Noyce Scholarship program provides scholarships, stipends, and programmatic support to recruit and prepare undergraduate and graduate STEM majors and professionals to become teachers in grades 5-12. Scholarship and stipend recipients are required to complete two years of teaching in a anywhere in the United States for each year of support.
UNH Noyce Scholars will engage in additional teacher education program components that focus on preparing for careers in schools with a culturally diverse student body. The UNH Noyce Scholarship program will provide support for the Scholars as practicing professional teachers in whatever high-need districts in which they choose to work.
