Changing Course

The effects of COVID-19 extended far beyond the physical health of the UNH community. Among the many disruptors impacting the nation, college students’ post-graduation career plans were delayed. However, some students found silver linings available through the accelerated master’s program at UNH.

WBUR out of Boston recently reported on NH Agricultural Experiment Station-funded research led by Associate Professor Andre Brito into if seaweed fed to cows could help reduce methane emissions from bovine.

A Powerful Team

A convergence of expertise, commitment and experience, the Scholarly Project is the catalyst for creating a powerful team of professionals. Developing and implementing their own quality improvement plan based on real-life objectives, each student must present a publishable scholarly paper to nursing faculty and clinical partners.

Three barbers from D’Cachet Barber Shop in Roslindale, Massachusetts, visited UNH on Tuesday as part of a diversity, equity and inclusion event that offered free haircuts to students, catering to all hair types and styles.
