If you lose your permit, DO NOT go through the standard ordering process again to get a new one (e.g. at ThePermitStore.com)!
The standard process is designed to prevent the issuance of a second permit, so this will not work.
Instead, please come to the parking office at Campus Services (MUB Room 211, open Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM) to fill out a Lost Permit form.
A replacement permit is $20.
All tickets must be paid. If you need to update your vehicle information, you may do so at this time as well.
If you FIND your permit after reporting it lost, please notify the Parking Office immediately.
