The University Commission on Access, Belonging, and Community is formed around a common bond and a commitment to challenging stereotypes, eradicating systemic inequalities and oppression, and creating a campus climate of respect for all students and employees. It provides support of institutional efforts around community building, well-being, inclusion, and belonging for all. It recognizes diversity as a source of excellence, enrichment, and strength and its efforts are grounded in mutual respect and civil discourse.
