MEETING REPORT

Committee Members: John Small, Chair; Ted Dey, Vice Chair; Kass Ardinger; Heidi Bostic; Jamie Burnett; Kevan Carpenter; Pat Closson; Charlie French; Lucy Hodder; Dan Innis; Todd Leach; Brian McCabe; Jaime Nolan; Carley Rotenberg; Chris Sand; PT Vasudevan; Stan Waddell

Staff Members Present: Diane Cotter, Tia Miller

Call to Order

Chair Small called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.

Ted Dey moved the following motion, Brian McCabe seconded the motion to go into nonpublic session at 8:33 a.m. A vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously.

VOTED, Ìýthat the Â鶹app Presidential Search Committee go into nonpublic session for the purpose of discussing hiring of public employee, as authorized by RSA 91-A:3, II (b).

Jamie Burnett moved to come out of nonpublic session, Ted Dey seconded. A vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously. Chair Small noted that no votes or actions were taken while in nonpublic session.

Dan Innis moved the following motion, Jamie Burnett seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously.

VOTED, that the Â鶹app Presidential Search Committee approve the hiring of Isaacson Miller as the search consultant to conduct the UNH presidential search.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:50 pm
