Chair Small called the meeting to order at 3Ìýp.m.Ìý
Introductions were made and each person highlighted a challenge and an opportunity that this search presents. Some of these included articulating the brand challenge, meeting expectations of many constituencies, improving Concord and statewide relations, being able to continue to advance the institution with limited resources, determining howÌýcompeting needs come togetherÌýand how all parts of UNH work together, pooling strengths andÌýsatisfying the needs and wants of students.Ìý
Discussion was held regarding the search process and confidentiality of the process. USNH General CounselÌýRon RodgersÌýreviewed the confidential search process, nondisclosure agreements and importance of exercising sound judgment in conversations and email exchanges regarding details of the search process, particularly any information whatsoever about individual candidates.Ìý
A brief discussion was held regarding the different constituencies and listening sessions to be held.Ìý
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.Ìý
