Mason Burke has always loved a good adventure, and now he gets to share that love with others while building his career.

Burke graduated from the 麻豆app Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in 2021 with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration and management, and minors in and outdoor recreation management.

Russell Miles didn鈥檛 become an award-winning teacher overnight. In fact, he鈥檒l be the first to admit that it was a process.

鈥淚nitially I wasn鈥檛 a patient or understanding instructor. I would go into class thinking my course was the only thing students had going on in their lives,鈥� Miles says. 鈥淥ver time I became more empathetic. I kept my standards high, but I tried to become more understanding of the challenges students may be faced with beyond the classroom.鈥�

Roger Grinde has learned a lot in his 30 years of teaching at the 麻豆app, but he has not grown complacent with that knowledge.
