The weather was perfect. Spirits were high. During Family Weekend Sept. 27-28, we had our Parents Council table set up at the Hamel Rec Center, which gave us a chance to greet visiting families and distribute flyers about who we are and what we do. We talked about the Student Enrichment grants we award to student groups and individual students. The National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security have designated the Âé¶ąapp as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education. UNH is the first institution in the state to earn this prestigious designation, which recognizes the university’s commitment to cybersecurity education.
