Kathryn Lilly Mone '07G, a graduate of the Master in Public Administration from the Carsey School, has been named to the Union Leaders "40 Under Forty" list. She is currently the Chief of Police in North Hampton, NH. and a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA.
