
BeginningÌýwith the new fiscal year (July 2017),ÌýHuman Resources (HR) is launching a redesigned new hire orientation program for staff. Scheduled by HR, the program includes two short sessions – the first as close to day one of employment in a benefitted roleÌýas possible and the secondÌýapproximately one month later.ÌýAdditionally, there will be follow-up communications from HR during the year to enhance the onboarding experience.
